Cancellation Policy
Quick Policies â Please Read Before Booking â¨
⢠Deposit Required: Non-refundable, can be transferred once in case of emergency (valid for 30 days).
⢠Cancellations: Less than 24 hoursâ notice = loss of deposit.
⢠No-Shows: Deposit + $50 fee charged. After 2 no-shows = banned.
⢠Booked Time = Charged Time: If you cancel services at the chair, youâll still be charged.
⢠No Guests: Only clients being serviced may attend.
⢠No Refunds: All sales, deposits, and packages are final.

⢠All packages are final sale & non-transferable.
⢠Expiration dates:
⢠3-visit = 3 months
⢠Quarterly = 4 months
⢠6-month VIP = 6 months
⢠Annual = 12 months
⢠Missed or late-canceled visits count as completed sessions.
⢠Add-ons/upgrades may cost extra.
⢠Membership discounts apply only during the active term.
